Manage your trip online with our travel software.
You can manage your trip, stay current with trip balances, & track important trip information - such as your flight schedule, hotel information, & in-Haiti activity schedule on-line.
Every trip participant is now required to sign-up online through our NWHCM Travel Software.
Here is how it works:
- STEP 1: Go to nwhcmteams.org
- STEP 2: Create an account and complete your information on the application form.
- STEP 3: You will receive an email from email@example.com with acceptance of your application. You will now have full access to the website.
- STEP 4: Select a trip. You will see a drop-down menu with all of the current trip dates. Please select the trip you want. After selecting the trip – you will be asked to select a team within that trip date.
- STEP 5: You will receive a confirmation email once you have been approved to join the trip/team.
- STEP 6: Make your 800.00 deposit!
**You can use PayPal and make a payment directly through your account on the site. You may send a check to the mission. You may also go to www.nwhcm.org and click GIVE if you do not have a PayPal account and would like to make a deposit with your credit card.
- STEP 7: Now track who has given toward your trip, trip balances, & have access to important trip information related to your specific trip date!
