Moise came to us in November 2009 from the House of Hope, a children’s hospital and care facility in the town of LaPointe which is close to St. Louis du Nord. He had been abandoned there so no family or background information is known. Moise has cerebral palsy - he is unable to walk and his left hand and arm is drawn up. He is mentally challenged and shows characteristics of autism. He likes to watch the other kids play but doesn’t interact a lot with them. He interacts better in a one-on-one situation rather than a group. He is generally a happy guy who is usually always smiling.
